Welcome to Jettie's Nook! I'm so happy you're here. I'm Jettie—a former teacher, current stay-at-home mom, children's book author, and creative business owner (yes, that's a lot of hats, and I'm still figuring out how to wear them all at once!).

I created this blog, Notes from the Nook,  to share resources, tips, and ideas for ALL caregivers. By caregivers, I mean parents, teachers, grandparents, etc. Basically any grown up who has a little learner (or two .... or 20) that they care about. Whether you're looking for inspiration, practical advice, or just a little encouragement on those chaotic days, I hope you'll find something helpful here.
