If your order arrives damaged, features a printing defect, or contains the wrong item entirely, please contact me at jettiesnook@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with the following information:
1. Your order number.
2. A brief description of the issue.
3. Clear, high-quality photos showing the full product and the specific defect/damage.
Once I take a look, I'll happily get a replacement or refund
sorted out for you!
